سياسة رد الأموال
لا توجد سياسة رد أموال في "مشاتل".الامارات إذا أتممت إجراءات
التقدم بطلبيتك وتم إرسالها إليك، فلا يمكننا رد المبلغ الذي دفعته ثمنا لهذه الطلبية.
إذا كنت ترغب في إلغاء طلبيتك، يرجى الاتصال بخدمة العملاء عن طريق الهاتف.
ونظرًا لأننا نحاول المضي قدما في إجراءات إرسال الطلبيات فور التقدم بها من قبل العملاء،
فقد لا يكون من الممكن دائمًا إلغاء الطلبية إذا ما تم بالفعل إرسال نموذجها.
لا يمكن إرجاع أية مادة أو استرداد ثمنها إذا كانت جاهزة للتسليم أو تم
استلامها بالفعل من قبل العميل.
المواد المرسلة بالخطأ أو غير المطابقة للطلبية
إذا أرسلنا إليك مادة بالخطأ أو غير مطابقة لما طلبته، فيرجى إبلاغ اختصاصيي
التوصيل لدينا في أسرع وقت ممكن، حيث يكونون ما زالوا بالقرب من عنوانك ويأتونك سريعا
لاستعادة الطلبية المغلوطة. إذا رغبت في أن نستبدل لك المادة غير المطابقة بالمادة
التي طلبتها، فسنفعل ذلك في أسرع وقت ممكن.
إذا طلبتَ المادة الخطأ، ﻓسنقوم بتبديلها بالمادة التي ترغب في شرائها،
ولكن سيتوجب عليك دفع رسوم الشحن والتوصيل إذا كان قد تم بالفعل توصيل المادة التي
طلبتها بالخطأ
Return Policy
- There is no Refund policy
in Mashatel UAE. In case order has been placed and If the
order has been dispatched. we cannot refund your amount.
- If you wish to cancel
your order, please contact our customer service by phone. As we try to
process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an
order form being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched.
- An item cannot be
returned for a refund if it has already been Ready for delivery and
received by the recipient.
Incorrect items
- If we have sent you an
incorrect item, please notify our Delivery Specialist as soon as possible,
they will be near to your address and they will take back that. If you
would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item, you ordered we
will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
- If you have ordered the
incorrect item then we will exchange that product with the correct item
and you need to pay Delivery Charges for both the items if the
product is Dispatched.
